Welcome to the Church stretton Model Club Website!

The Club was initially formed in about 1978 by a group primarily interested in flying model gliders, over the years the club has adapted to the needs of the growing number of power flyers.  For many years the club operated from the old airfield at Condover, but with a growing number of obsticals on the runway the site became less and less attractive.

In 2015 the club moved to its current location at Alcaston, which at present is most suitable for hand launched models. The site is in a very attractive location set in the Shropshire countryside, with a brook on one side and the Wenlock Edge in front.
